DCPcrypt, A Cryptographic Component for Delphi
DCPcrypt is an open source library of cryptographic components (encryption algorithms and hash algorithms) for Borland Delphi and Kylix (it also works under some versions of C++ Builder). The author hasn’t been updated it for quite a long time now but it still works quite happily with Delphi 4, 5, 6, 7 and 2005 and Kylix 1 and 2 (it might work under Kylix 3). The current version (v2 beta 3) is considered to be stable and for all intents and purposes is the final release.

Fortran/TK, A Free Fortran Compiler
FORTRAN/TK is, an easy to learn, powerful cross-platform (OS/2 Warp and Windows 9x/NT) widget toolkit for the Open Watcom FORTRAN/77 compiler. Technically it’s a kind of wrapper to Rexx/Tk but it does not rely on a Rexx interpreter. Although it is possible to embed FORTRAN console programs in Tcl/Tk using pipes, FORTRAN/TK is the first real FORTRAN implementation of the Tk-toolkit from Tcl/Tk so far.
